All sessions are 55 minutes long and are held on a HIPPA encrypted Telehealth Platform.
Initial Consultation
15-30 min: No cost
An initial conversation by phone where you may voice any questions or concerns you have. There is no obligation, just us two humans “testing the water” to see if it feels right to ease into a therapeutic alliance.
Comprehensive Individual Therapy
50 min: $175
Individual therapy via Telehealth is considered comprehensive. I bring to each client the full range of my training as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner, Expressive Arts Therapist, and Crisis Counselor. I am also certified in Somatic EMDR.

Somatic Experiencing™ Only

I offer "SE™ only" sessions for residents of Missouri, Massachusetts, and other states
Individuals who are currently in training to become a Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner may request a reduced rate.
Crisis Counseling
Rates Available
If your organization, community, or someone you know has just survived a major crisis*, and are seeking stabilization to prevent the onset of trauma, please email me. I will call you back as soon as possible to discuss if I might be available to assist you.

*Major crisis may include but are not limited to: surviving hurricanes, fires, unexpected death of loved one, or recent specific violent acts.
